Call us on 0800 101 700 to make an appointment with your local NBS banker. You will need to visit your local branch to present identification.

When joining in branch, please bring along:

• Two forms of current photo identification (e.g. passport or NZ driver’s licence)

• Your IRD number (so interest can be taxed at the correct rate)
   

As part of our committment to provide you with superior customer service we will:

• find the best banking solution to meet your requirements

• close your current bank account/s - (takes the hassle out of doing it yourself!)

• set up all your automatic payments, direct debits etc.

• provide you with your new account details for your employer
